It all started when…
When Kimberly battled post-partum depression after the birth of her second son. She felt alone, hopeless and lost. Therapy helped her to understand that she was not alone, bad, weak or that she did not deserve to be a mother. As an author, she decided to capture her story and share it with others to help inspire and provide hope. Depression is a disease cloaked in stigma.
